Open, unread, closed, and all. Search matches visitor identity and message text.
Realtime
The inbox opens a WebSocket per conversation. If the socket drops, the client reconnects and reconciles over HTTP.
Reminders
Each unanswered visitor message schedules one reminder through the selected reply channel.
