All systems nominal (static notice). CanWeChat does not yet publish a third-party status product. When incidents occur, we update this page and email affected workspace owners when practical.
Components
- Marketing + dashboard (canwechat.dev) — Cloudflare Workers / Vinext.
- Widget loader (/api/widget.js) — public edge asset.
- Realtime conversation sockets — Durable Objects.
- Integration delivery — Cloudflare Queues to Slack / Discord / Telegram / webhooks.
- Billing webhooks — Dodo Payments → entitlement updates.
